Using Phantas
These terms cover the website, browser sessions and iPhone development app provided by Phantas, LLC. By using Phantas, you agree to these terms. Questions: ops@phantas.io.
Purpose and safe use
Phantas offers audio sessions, optional visual experiences and personal session/health context for general wellness. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Outcomes are not guaranteed; wearable readings, scores and AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use comfortable audio volume and stop if uncomfortable. Do not use sessions while driving or when reduced attention would be unsafe. Flashing visuals can trigger seizures or discomfort; follow screening and warnings, and choose audio-only if unsuitable or uncertain.
Your choices and connected services
Apple Health, Oura and AI generation are optional and require the permissions described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for content you submit and for using your accounts lawfully. Third-party services have their own terms and availability. Phantas is independent of Apple, Oura and OpenAI. AI output is informational session content, not a clinical assessment or proof of a measured mental state.
Development availability and purchases
The iPhone MVP is a development product and may change, be interrupted or lose locally stored data. Keep any records you need independently. Website purchases, where offered, are governed by the price, renewal, access and cancellation details shown at checkout. These terms do not create a new charge, change an existing purchase entitlement or promise that browser purchases include future native access. Contact us for purchase support; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use Phantas lawfully. Do not interfere with security, misuse connected-provider access or disrupt others’ use. Phantas and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended personal purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the MVP is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. On behalf of third-party service providers, we disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and exclude their liability for consequential, special, punitive and indirect damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stopping use and updates
You may stop using Phantas at any time. Disconnect integrations and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict misuse or discontinue development features. Material changes to these terms will be made available with an updated date; changes will not remove mandatory legal rights.
